First, I would like to wish you all a VERY Happy Halloween! I hope it was great fun for all of you!

Second, I would like to dedicate this post in memory to the five dragons I needlessly slaughtered.

I killed you with greedy wants of a zombie, and now I wish to express my deepest condolences. I realize that my selfishness prevented you from living out a very long life of dragonness. I realize now, even if I had succeeded in producing a zombie, my actions are still unforgiveable as I always believed myself to be such a great dragon keeper. I realize my ego is a big part of it and with my deepest sorrow, I wish you all eternal peace and for your forgiveness of my concieted ways and unnatural wants. I apologize so very deeply of my unexpected betrayal. It was completely unnecessary and my guilt will follow me.

You were dragons, part of the Doglover49 clan, and you always will be. Every individual one of you meant everything.

RIP.

I was digging around in my closet, and I found four CDs!

There was also Fiona Apple and Celtic Renaissance, but I wasn’t as excited by those.

I was slightly disappointed with the Disney Princesses, though. No Mulan whatsoever! I did find a Pocahontas song, though, so not a complete loss. I think there was the Hercules song Nireth mentioned before, though, too! At least I think ^^; I haven’t figured out the song name, but I think it’s Meg. Or…Belle? It sounds like Meg to me, but I can’t recall Meg losing her freedom and talking to her father, so I think it’s form Beauty and the Beast.

The lyrics are something like, “Papa I will stay/But I don’t deserve to lost my freedom this way/You monster/If you think that what you’ve done is right/Well then you’re a fool”

I just looked it up! It IS from Beauty and the Beast! But I could’ve sworn it was Meg’s voice, and I remember Nireth posting something like it. *confused*

I’m sorry I’ve been posting a lot this weekend,but I’ve been reallyyy bored. Like I must have not life bored. Oh and while I was shopping on Friday I saw a shirt that said ‘HOLY SHIRT’ in Rue 21 and I instantly thought of Ana and Alice. Anyway, Enjoy the very first chapter.

Chapter 1: Acceptance?

“Dad, this isn’t the day for pranks.” I said, “Now tell me which one of your friends helped you with this.”

“Sasha, this isn’t a prank, I didn’t send that.” He said.

“Prove it.”

“Call the number on the bottom if the letter.”

I picked up the phone and dialed it.

“Alpha Academy of Excellence; How may we help you?” A voice answered.

“Uh… I’m Sasha Alexander. You sent me a letter?” I said.

“Ah yes, Miss Alexander. Would you like directions to the school.”

“I don’t think I even want to go-”

“Well then I’ll mail the directions to you. Goodbye.”

“Bye?”

The line went dead. This was no prank and I was expected to go to this school I may not even want to go to. Lovely.

“Get packing!” Dad said “The semester begins tomorrow!”

“But I don’t want to-” I began

“Hurry! Get everything you need.”

I let out a sigh. Looks like I’m going to this school whether I like it or not.

I grabbed everything and got into the car. This would be the last time in awhile I’d get to see my house.

Squeaky, my little tabby kitten, rested her head in my lap. The idea of leaving Squeaky with Dad scared me, knowing he couldn’t even take care of a pet rock. And the fact he somehow lost his car, which, to this day,still remains lost. I was so glad I could take her.

I didn’t even want to go to this Alpha Academy of Excellence. It probably has a bunch of snooty, rich people in it. If they got a hold of me. Well, it wouldn’t be pretty.

I kept thinking of worst-case scenarios of the school, when we drove up the long, winding driveway of the Academy.

“Welcome to Alpha Academy, Sasha.” Dad said.

There’s no turning back now. I’m doomed.

I just got back from a Varsity Halloween Tournament. I acutally got to play. (So what if it was only the last two minutes? Playing is playing.)

“Sit down.”, He commanded, motioning to a rock.

I sighed angrily and obeyed.

“Now, I’ll tell you all about why your mom left us.”

“Ra and Geb were getting suspicious and Thoth couldn’t keep bailing her out when she needed it. If they both found out that Nut had a daughter by a mortal, they would try to kill you-” He started

“Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Attempt to kill me? I interrupted, “It’s sooo nice to have such a loving family!”

“Camile, it’s rude to interrupt. Now let me continue.”

“Oh, Alright.”

“Anyway, They would try to kill you.
We both wanted you to have a normal life- Well, as normal as possible. So, we both agreed that I would raise you and when you were thirteen, I would take you to the highest point in the Smoky Mountians. That’s why you’re here.”

“And so you can train” Nut/Mom/The lady that randomly appeared infront of me on a mountain added.

“I said nothing about training.” Dad said.

Training for what? And a ‘daughter by a mortal’? Just like the books, I was a demigod. But, I’m just… Camile.
Am I really meant to be the brave heroine in the story?

O.K., so I’ve been browsing on Amazon and the Universal Studios store (for no reason; I don’t have any moolah, so I’m not sure what the point is ^^”) and I’ve found a disturbing trend:

People are really pitted against Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw!

Like, seriously, even in the store for Harry Potter World, only about 15% of house stuff is Hufflepuff related! And only about 10% is for Ravenclaw! It’s TOTALLY not fair. about 40% is Gryffindor stuff, and 35% is geared towards Slytherin.

O.K., so maybe that’s a bit extreme. But the ratio of Gryffindor and Slytherin to Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw is still WAAAY out of wack!

Gryffindor has this cool hoodie–URGH! I’m going to have to go on another angry t-shirt making spree–but this time, I’ll make a hoodie! I’ll be like, “HA! Take that, Marketers!”

That probably won’t happen ^^”  But it’s fun to talk about!

Though ROTE got two votes and HN one, I thought up several storylines for each– I think HN is slightly more simpler, so I just may stick with that, if I can go through it and write RA’s Adventures at the same time. Anyway, I’ve had an amazing week.

We won our very first home game in basketball yesterday.
I have to admit I hate being a guard, but he came to his senses and let me play a back on defense. (Some of you have no idea what I’m talking about.)

I got Beef Jerky today. And I have no more school for the rest of the week.[Thank You Parent-Teacher Conferences!].
And I got straight As on my report card!(Yes, even in Math and Science. It’s hard to believe, I know)
This is an epic week. Aside from having to do 100 pushups in basketball practice and getting hit in the face(at basketball practice).

Anyway, I have to memorize 30 elements and their symbols by Tuesday for Science. I mean, 10 or 20, sure I’ll do fine.
But 30? Yeah, the day I hate Beef Jerky.
Any suggestions on how to memorize them?

TN- I think I’ve figured out how to post. You’ll be seeing me role-play soon. And I made a character for your story, Hope you like her and you can change her in any way. (Just keep the hair, the hair is amazing.)

Flaws: Travis hates being the center of attention and strives to get away from it causing him to chicken out a bit. He can be very timid and shy. He doesnt make friends with every person he meets. He also has a short temper and if you irrate him. He would scream his head off at you and never say sorry.

I just found a website with a TON of cool shirts! I found two in particular that I especially favor! ^^

The trouble is: They’re both $25, and I’m trying to save up my money.

GARRRR, I can’t chose! So I’ll describe them both for you:

Shirt 1:

It’s very bright (color-wise, that is; and it’s not my favorite color, but it’s not ugly), and it features one of my favorite characters. The character is my favorite because they are kind, and the shirt say something nice on it (which is also kind of an inside joke from the show).

Shirt 2:

It’s a duller color, but it’s not grey or black; it features multiple characters from the show, including my favorite character, but excludes my other two favorite characters. The design is kind of neat–all the characters are wearing cool, old-fashioned clothes, but it isn’t related in any way to the show.

I CAN’T MAKE DECISIONS FOR MYSELF!

The thing is, I shouldn’t buy both for financial issues, but I don’t really want to buy both. I feel like one shirt would be enough.

Also, I drew a picture during school today! I know, I actually finished a drawing in less than a week! It’s pretty different from stuff I’ve drawn before–it was just going to be some random girl, but I ended up turning it into Phoenix–that is, unless you don’t want it to be Phoenix, Phoenix Girl ^^”

I don’t feel like taking a picture of it now. But I should.

So here goes!:

Her face is all messed up TT_TT But I dare not erase it; every time I erased, I swear, it just smudged stuff everywhere! I forgot how difficult it is to work with 4B pencil, especially with my penchant to press uber hard on the paper ^^”

Also, I’m sorry her wings don’t have feathers! It took me forever to draw my last drawing that included feathered wings, so I figured I’d better just skip it ^^”
